XXXI Coppa dei Castelli Pavesi – 6th Trofeo Elio Marchesi

The great classic of Pavia’s vintage motoring scene is back. Once again, Ruote d’Epoca Pavia brought to life the XXXI edition of the Coppa dei Castelli Pavesi, paired with the 6th Trofeo Elio Marchesi, a Formula Crono regularity event registered on the ASI Calendar.

The Terme di Rivanazzano Terme provided the backdrop for the entire day, hosting both the start — set for 9:45 am — and the finish line at 2:30 pm, lending the event an atmosphere of charm and tradition perfectly in keeping with its long history.

On hand to wave off the first car were the Mayor of Rivanazzano Terme, Alice Zelaschi, and Giorgio Matto representing the Terme, a testament to the strong bond between the event and the territory that embraces it. The weather played its part too: a clear, sunny day provided a worthy setting for the elegant historic vehicles that brought the roads of the Province of Pavia to life.
