Free registration is now officially open for EICMA Riding X Fest, the new EICMA event entirely dedicated to specialist off-road riding, scheduled for Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026. The event will take place at Ottobiano Motorsport, in the province of Pavia.
The choice shines a spotlight on one of the sporting excellences of the Pavia area: Ottobiano Motorsport is an internationally recognised facility, a true benchmark for motorsport and off-road disciplines, capable of hosting top-level competitions thanks to its technical terrain and organisational standards. A genuine temple of off-road riding, perfectly suited to host an event that, for the first time, brings together the entire cross and enduro range from the world’s leading manufacturers in a single weekend.
Among the bikes on show will be numerous 2027 range novelties, finally testable directly on the terrain they were designed for. To access the event for free, participants simply need to download the EICMA Official App, available on the App Store and Google Play, register and fill in the required fields: the app generates a personal entry ticket and, for those wishing to join the test rides, a dedicated QR Code to speed up access to the riding areas.
There’s no need to book a specific bike or time slot: participants will be able to choose on-site from over 100 motorcycles made available by the brands present, on a first-come, first-served basis until each experience’s slots are filled. Five experiences will be on offer, designed for every skill level: XCROSS PRO, XCROSS AMATEUR, XENDURO, ROOKIE ACADEMX by FMI (for those approaching off-road riding for the first time, even without a licence), and EICMA for Kids Off-Road, dedicated to children aged 6 to 12 and developed together with the Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI).
Minors must be accompanied by a parent both to access the event and to take part in the activities reserved for them. Beyond the on-track riding, visitors can enjoy a full weekend immersed in the off-road world, featuring the leading motorcycle brands, technical gear and accessories areas, activities with the FMI, entertainment, riders, talents and a food area.
With this new chapter, the international two-wheel exhibition further expands its ecosystem of experiential events, bringing enthusiasts straight onto the playing field: after admiring the bikes on display, it’s finally time to put them to the test — on dirt, in their natural environment.
