On July 18-19, the circuit near Pavia hosts the Emisfero 2026 championship for the second time this season
The 2026 Emisfero Italian Supermoto Internationals enter the second half of the season. On July 18-19, the international circuit of Ottobiano welcomes the championship circus for the second time, hosting round four of the season.
The first three rounds delivered plenty of excitement and close battles. The most recent one, held in Ortona, remains among the most memorable in recent years thanks to the duel between Elia Sammartin (Honda – Gaerne) and Mattia Rato (TM – Mr 13). Rato came out on top, claiming his first career win in the Sm1 class, and now aims to repeat the result at Ottobiano, even though Sammartin still firmly leads the overall standings.
The fight for third place in the standings involves Czech rider Jan Ulman (Fantic), Alberto Sacchi (TM – Pma team), fellow Czech Erik Provaznik (KTM), and Edgardo Borella (Kawasaki – Motodromo Castelletto).
In the Fast class, Felix Wegscheider (KTM – Egna Neumarkt) leads with a solid margin over Jacopo Monti (TM – Motodromo Castelletto) and Jonathan Zecchin (TM – La Marca Trevigiana).
In the Sm4 class, Alessandro Sciarretta (TM – Cid’A) jumped to the top of the standings after a hat-trick of wins in Ortona. Close behind is Pomposa winner Iacopo Arduini (Honda – Celeste Berardi), while third place is firmly held by Antonino Navarria (Honda – Bs corse), ahead of Kevin Vandi (Ducati – Smr) and Manuel Bastianelli (Honda – Gentlemen’s Roma). The Sm4 Fast category is led by Lorenzo Belardo (KTM – Cid’A), ahead of Fabio Pizzetti (KTM – 8biano) and Filippo Occhialini (Honda – Brt).
Among the national categories, Matteo Piva (KTM – Tre Pini) and Mauro Cucchietti (Honda – Orbassano racing) are tied at the top of the Sm5 standings. In Sm3, Davide Sacchetti (Kawasaki – Cid’A) leads with a perfect score, while Leonardo Lapadula (TM – Cmv) tops the Sm Young 250 class. In the Women’s category, Sara Acefalo (Husqvarna – Cairatese) is out in front.
The Honda RedMoto Trophy is also on track as scheduled, with Michael Diodato (Cervellin) holding a strong lead over Mirco Delorenzi (Paolo Tordi) and Slovenian rider Matiaj Bencic.
